Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when the piece is dispatched, and until then either side may withdraw. Where a piece sells out between your order and our dispatch, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Prices
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. Duties and import charges outside the EU are the customer’s.
Making and sending
Pieces are made in small runs and some are made to order, so a dispatch window is given at checkout rather than a date. We will write to you if that window moves.
Returns
Unworn pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s unless the piece is faulty or wrongly sent. Pieces altered or made to a customer’s measurements cannot be returned except where faulty.
Faults
Nothing here limits your statutory rights. A piece that fails through a fault in its making will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
