What we collect

When you place an order we take the name, delivery address, email address and payment details needed to fulfil it. When you write to us we keep the message and the address it came from.

The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Nothing you do here is shared with a third party for marketing.

How it is used

Order details are used to make, send and account for your order, and to answer you if something goes wrong. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our own systems.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Correspondence is kept while it is useful and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Write to the address on the Contact page and we will answer within one month.
